Covid-19 Booking Policy
Please note that information on this page is subject to change to reflect government guidance in our destination countries and with changes to the global covid landscape. Any major changes will be communicated to group coordinators via email.
What are the covid entry requirements for guests?
There are no covid testing or vaccination requirements to join our trips.
What are the entry requirements for my destination?
Currently there are no entry restrictions. Please see below links to the relevant government websites for the entry requirements for each of our destinations:

What are my options if I (or one of my guests) are unable to attend due to contracting covid-19?

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance which provides coverage for the cost of your trip in the event you are unable to attend due to contracting covid-19. If you or someone in your crew contracts covid-19 before joining us, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Travel insurance covering covid-19 disruption is widely available and affordable. Speak to our Customer Service team if you need recommendations for what is required in your policy.
What happens if I test positive during the week?

If you test positive during your trip you will be required to isolate yourself from the rest of the group and leave your yacht at the earliest opportunity. This will mean the end of your trip. You will then need to follow the procedures that are in place for positive cases in the destination country.

The rest of the guests will be required to take a rapid covid-19 test. If any guests test positive, then they will also be required to leave the yacht. Guests testing negative will be permitted to continue.
What happens if someone from my group tests positive during the week?

If someone from your group tests positive, all guests will be required to take a rapid covid-19 test. If any other guests test positive, then they will also be required to leave the yacht. Guests testing negative will be permitted to continue.
What happens if my skipper or host tests positive before the week?

If your skipper or host test positive before your trip (and therefore must enter an isolation period) we will do our best to provide a replacement from our pool of standby staff.

If we are unable to replace your skipper, then we will offer a full refund for your trip as you will not be able to sail.

If we are unable to provide a replacement host, then your crew will be refunded for your host and will be able to continue the trip without a host on board.
What happens if my skipper or host test positive for covid during my trip?

Your skipper or host will isolate you on the yacht and leave at the earliest opportunity. Whilst a replacement will then be sourced, the rest of the crew will be required to take a rapid test. If any crew member tests positive, then they will also be required to leave the yacht. Crew members testing negative will be permitted to continue.

If we are unable to find a replacement skipper, then your yacht will be returned to the base marina and your crew will be refunded for the remaining days of the trip.

If we are unable to find a replacement host, then your crew will continue the trip without a host, and a refund on the host cost pro-rata for the remaining days.
What happens if my skipper or host test positive for covid during my trip?

No, guests, we welcome regardless of your vaccination status, you will be required to provide proof of a negative test.

Fraudulent tests or vaccination certificates will not be accepted. Guests who submit these will be prevented from attending the trip and not offered a refund.
What happens if the charter needs to cancel due to covid-19 restrictions

If we are unable to run our trip, we will let you know at the earliest possible point. You will be given the option to rebook your trip for an alternative date or destination (subject to availability), receive a credit to use towards another trip in the future or receive a full refund.

Changes to the planned itinerary may be necessary to comply with any local restrictions. These will be communicated to you in advance of your trip.
